I wouldn't, but I'm sure the card is fine.

I guess i would if it was mentioned in the item description as long as the seller could prove it hadnt given any errors while folding.
Think of it as a benchmark proving the GPU's 24/7 stability

I would, I have, and I sell them that way all the time.

Obviously, it always depends on the seller. I tend to baby my f@h GPUs and set a temp threshold, if I cant keep temps in check then I lower the overclocks/voltage on them.

24/7 use is probably a lot better for the GPU rather then infrequent use with periods of downtime. It is thermal expansion and contraction that kills solder joints and as long as the GPU was not horribly overclocked there is no reason why it shouldn't be fine.

Folded or not, a card is a card.

Their is always warranty, if needed.

If a card survived folding, it will survive your gaming for ever.

As long as the temps are in check, the card had better be able to 24/7 fold without being damaged.

My card's temps have never gone above 75 even with hot hot hot ambients. [around 100 F!] On an average day, they stay under 65 and if the AC is on, under 60.

On top of that, I've got an MSI card which means anyone who buys it under warranty would be able to RMA without having to send back to me and all that jazz, and I've never heard of MSI rejecting an RMA because the card was folded on within rated specs and never volt modded.

TL;DR- Yes.
