Monitor Repair advice please

Hi guys

I was recently given a 19" tft monitor that has a quirky issue,in that it doesnt turn on...

Well it does turn on but after pushing the power button the screen flashes off for 2 secs and on for a fraction of a second.

I liken the problem to that of a cap on a flourescent light not being able to give the nec esary "jolt" of electricity.

I done some research and apparently this model suffers cap failure quite often,so i changed out all the caps bar the biggest one
(100 uf/400v which i cant find locally).

I am wondering if i should look anywhere else on the board for errors,
if anyone has experience in monitor repairs-please chime in

i'd try to find online the last cap that you're missing...odds are it's that one. other than the bad cap, i know lcd's sometime use a voltage board/regulator that can go bad. i've had to replace those before and has solved the problem not powering on problem.
