Thanks everyone.

I bought myself a Corsair AX 1200 earlier today and the problem has disappeared. System is a lot quieter now too.

Ran the Witcher test, ran a full Unigine benchmark with everything maxed out. No problems.

Good job - that old power supply must have been on the verge of breaking - so avoided some loss there by replacing it.
