Where do I start with OCing my Athlon II x4 645? My memory (DDR2) is timed at 6-6-6-18 rated @ 1.8v.
NB VID=11750
HT Voltage=1.2
here are my screen shots

I typically leave the HT settings to auto. Without an unlocked multiplier, take you ram down a notch and slowly start cranking your clock: if you have the cooling for it, this board works miracles in OC land

do I need to change 6-6-6-18 timings to 5-5-5-15?
or should I simply set my ram @ 333MHZ?

Take your ram to 333 and let the timings at 5-5-5-15. When you start to get bsods and increasing voltage to your cpu doesnt do it, loosen your timings

800Mhz @ 6-6-6 is "generic" in specifications (speed/timing); this means lowest of the low, requires only 1.8V, and can use any IC incl. those not designed to overclock, and this may hold back your fullest potential... not too sure actually about the 640, it happens on the x6 with generic DDR3 though
