2500k 4.5Ghz @ 1.315v decent?

Im at 4.5Ghz with 1.315v. Are these settings alright if im stable? I have manual voltage at 1.315v with LLC and all the other settings on auto. I also put in my stock settings for ram..

My temps around 66C on each core during 20 linx tests and after an hour of prime 95 blend its at maxed out at 66C 71C 70C 68C

I've found that Blend can cause a BSOD and reboot even after 3 hours +. So you should run Blend for 8 - 12 hours before you declare that overclock for 100% stable.

Otherwise, that looks like a good Vcore. I need ~1.368v Vcore on my i5 2500K for it to be Blend stable at 4.5GHz.

I need around 1.338V for my CPU and going any higher will need atleast 1.4V

Im still thinking about going over it but since my computer isnt older than two weeks I don't know if I should risk anything

I personally wouldnt feel safe if im above 1.35v because 1.4v is whats usuall advised to stay under and i like being safe

If I turned off my HT it would be lower but that's no point since I bought a 2600K

I thought I would be doing lots of rendering! But that didnt turn out to be true...

thats not too bad...my 2500k took 1.305v to become 24/7 stable at 4.5ghz...i ran 3 12+ hour blend tests with no BSOD or any other issues and its been going strong at the vcore for almost a week now...but before finding that stable vcore i went from 1.250v stable after 3 hours all the way to 1.305v

my temps while running a blend test on my cooler were at a max temps of between 64-67 between all the cores...but normal gaming and browsing at mid to high 30's to low 40's

Also keep in mind when most people talk about voltages around here, they are speaking of the voltage when cpu is under 100% load. For example, if I leave LLC on regular (auto) and enter 1.4V in the BIOS, while under 100% load with prime95 my load voltage is actually 1.272V. Usually on Asus P67 boards, setting LLC to ultra high gives you load voltages that are on par with the voltage set in the BIOS.
