Strange liquid/wetness near vRAM chips on my GTS 250

I noticed something that looked like a liquid near my vRAM chips on my GTS 250, is this something I should worry about?

That looks like oils from the thermal tape, typical oem'ness. Before I put on my fullcovers, I have to wipe it all off with some isopropyl.

Do you have thermal pads on them? If so I've seen the same thing on my backplate pads for my 470s. They're still kicking so I'm not concerned about it

Well XFX fut some pink pads on them, they aren't pretty but they are kind of "wet" to

just some stuff from thermal pads.
its usually fine but if u want to clean it use alcohol
