the.fbi you wouldn't happen to have parkinsons? Or maybe an alchoholic that didnt get the first drink of the day biggrin.gif ? jk

the mionix naos 5000 use the avago 9500 sensor that seems to have some tracking problems on clothpads. I would suggest getting a hardpad like the mionix propus 380

Off topic but you to realize that SWTOR is Dec of NEXT year right? You have nearly 2 years. cool.gif

I pulled the trigger on the propus 380 like 10 hours ago, but this thread amused me.

The Naos 5000 has a nifty feature in its drivers called the S.Q.U.A.T (Surface Quality Analyzer Tool)

You turn it on, move the mouse around on the surface that you want to test and after a few seconds it will give you a score based on how well the sensor tracks on it. For an example the propus 380 hard plastic pad has a SQUAT value of 9. I find it funny that they don't want to share the SQUAT value of their cloth pads, that would be letting their customers know that the Naos 5000 and its A9500 sensor is a hard pad only mouse and they wouldn't want that.

I get a 4 with my cloth pad, also I don't have parkinsons thank you for asking, just an unsteady hand, I also have never had a drink so I don't think that is the issue either.

Corian my friend. I have used the same piece of corian for a mouse pad for 5 years now. Works extremely well, and never wears out. I will NEVER use anything else again for a mouse pad. EVER! biggrin.gif

Alright, the Propus 380 is a great pad, I can draw almost straight lines now.
