Wow, ok news to me. typically here in USA that is not our strong point. Going to a local, open at anytime, cheap, place seems to be the Achilles heel of many folk. Finding a healthy, cheap, meal that will fill you up, well it doesnt make corporate America money now does it.

I drink more water when playing video games then I would normally because I always nip for a glass after a game of sc2 or a round of cod/bc2 while it's loading the next map or whatever.

I don't really eat but that's just how I am overall but puberty's gonna make that change. I just drink some water or carbonated water (no sugar. SodaStream ftw. Makes water taste nice), or eat something like yoghurt but I never go over one glass or one cup of yoghurt so I'd say I'm fine. This just reminds me of all of those what do you eat while you game threads.

Honestly, I eat less if i'm spending the day gaming. I'm so far from the kitchen it's not worth it.

You have a lot to learn.

Here's basically all you need to know about the order to cook things in:

First is meat. Then veg. Then sauce.

Meals like pasta are great and can go with any vegetable and any meat really. Throw a simple sauce on it or make it yourself and grate some cheese and you have a simple healthy meal.

Meh, Pasta = Full of carbs, the sauce you put on it is as unhealthy as ranch dressing. Cheese ? Full of fat. Not to mention most people serve or eat pasta with some sort of bread.

Not exactly healthy imo. And thats before you add meat or vegatables.

Not to mention the ammount of time it would take to make something like this, not everyone on OCN is going to pause their game for 45 minutes while they whip up some dish fit for eating at the dinner table lol.
