This was happening to me recently. Perfectly running at good voltage~ running Prime95 all day long... then BSOD's while reading fetish fan fiction and this website (both things bad for my health apparently).
I was using offset voltage at the time, switched to manual (which was a pita to find the sweetspot voltage but I got it~)
So far I haven't seen it happen again~ but I'm all out of wood to knock on.

I've found this to be the COMPLETE opposite for me. I have to have LLC up at Ultra High (75%) with a voltage of 1.35 just to keep it from dropping under 1.34 on load when I'm on manual.
...with offset~ I can leave it on 50% LLC and it runs stable at nearly 1.32 on load. But I have to go manual to avoid the idle bug atm~ so far... offset runs warmer for me on load, but uses less volts. It's the weirdest thing ever.Edited by Inverse - 6/21/11 at 9:32am
