Help, need a $600 build.

Alright, here's me in a nutshell. I'm a college student who enjoys casual video games. I have a tight budget of around 600 US dollars to make the best rig I possibly can. I already have windows 7 64-bit and peripherals (keyboard, mouse, monitor) so those aren't included in the price. I can build it myself but because I haven't been reading up on components in the last four years, I really don't know whats good for what price. Please help a guy out and suggest components for this build

Will you be overclocking ? Ok casual gaming? Do you have a need for dedicated graphics? If not maybe a sandy bridge build with there improved integrated graphics.
