Playstation 3 40 gb (Fat) Bundle

Thread Starter
Hey guys, I'm interested in selling my Fat 40 gig PS3 since I was better off with a 360. I only used both for media but I had more money invested into the 360 (arcade games) and used the 360 control for some racing games on my pc. So I was looking to see how much I can sell the following bundle for:

- 40 Gig Fat PS3
- 2 controllers (one black, one white but only one charging cable)
- PS3/2/1 A/V cable
- Games: Metal Gear Solid 4, Little Big Planet, Mortal Kombat

There is some cosmetic damage, trim on the bottom of it is loose/ a bit chipped but over all its in good condition and has no problems playing, downloading, or streaming games or movies. Its never had a custom firmware and is currently on 3.61. Any help is always appreciated, don't feel like your post will go ignored or unappreciated, I always +rep those who help.

Seems abit low to me. I`m not about the prices in the U.S. but here in Germany this could be sold for 200$ (converted from €) with the controllers and the games.

$220 for the whole bundle is more than reasonable.

Gamestop sells that same console refurb for $230 + shipping/tax, so for a used console, I'd say around $200. Throw in the extra controller for ~$25, and $30 for MGS4/LBP together ($15 each) and ~$45 for Mortal Kombat, and I'd say more around ~$300 for the whole bundle. I'd put it up for like $295 and settle in the $265-275 range. $220 for everything seems a bit low to me.

Gamestop takes advantage of their customers every chance they get. While I would love to make a decent profit from selling it and re buy a 360 I'd have to ask myself whether or not I'd pay that much on the items I'm selling. Especially when it comes to craigslist buyers, they're so finicky and will lowball you before they even see the price. I might bump it up between $10-$30 so thanks for the info.

And thanks to everyone this was a huge help.
