So my voltages are normal, but there still is something seriously wrong?

WOW!! Can you post up a pic of the inside of your case and show us what kinda airflow you got going on there?

What kind of TIM do you have? Do you know how to apply it properly? Do you know how to clean off the old stuff properly?

Does it run cooler with the side panel off?

I had the same issue with my 955be actually. My initial setup had the stock cooler and a GTX 460 venting into the case. Even with an intake and exhaust fan I was seeing over 60C when gaming. Only solution is an after-market cooler (I have a Hyper 212+ works great) or a max out the case fans. Or both. About the heat, near 60C for log term use isn't good for your chip, find a temp solution if you must, (desk fan pointed at cpu)

Also, drop your Vcore to 1.20V in the BIOS. I have my 955 at that level, idles around 45C w/ 20C ambient, load is under 60C.

Thanks for the advice.

Here are some crappy (sorry) cellphone pics for Canis-x who requested it.

I am also ordering a Cooler Master Hyper 212 as we speak Just 22 euro new.

@ Canis-x: It doesn't run cooler with the sidepanel off, and I don't have any TIM nor know how to apply it correctly, there was some on it when I installed it ofcourse. However, that was more than 2 years ago. A friend of mine actually removed the leftover TIM half a year ago, because he told me it's better to remove it after so much time if you don't apply new ones.

Great choice on the cooler, in the mean time id suggest moving the side panel fan to the top if the grill has mounting holes.

Edit looking closer I can see that the top fan grill on your side panel has mounting holes for the fan you have on the bottom. Because of the CPU coolers design, (taking in air from the top, and venting on the board), the exhaust fan in the back of the case can actually cause a small area of low pressure where the cpu fan will be drawing fresh air. Moving that side panel fan up level with the cpu will get rid of that possibility and blast it with awesome air. Good luck ^_^
