No!

Going from GT 240 to HD 4670 is a waste of money, that card is slower than the one you have!

Wait a few months, save up more money, and buy something that is actually better.

For example, with just $20 more, you can get a GTX 460 SE, which is a lot better.

5670.. would there be a big difference between the 512 mb and 1 gb model? I'm aiming towards the 512 mb because of price. Also, which manufacture should I get it from?

There is hardly any performance difference between them.

Personally, I like the Sapphire because it uses the L2 Arctic cooling , that or Powercolor , whichever fits your budget.
