Low temps at PII 1090T BE (Should I worry?)

Thread Starter
Hello there, I am new here so excuse me if am doing domething wrong. Please also excuse me for my spelling mistakes due to my English not being perfect (Polish Nationality).

Now lets go to the important bit, I've received today my order from Scan.co.uk:
AMD Phenom II x6 1090T BE
Be Quiet! Dark Rock Pro
NZXT Hale90-550 s
Corsair XMS3 4GB CMX4GX3M1A1600C9

As well to that I've got:
Foxconn Cinema II Deluxe
XFX Radeon HD 5870

The problem I think am having are the temperatures of my CPU. The idle temps are going round 19-20°C while at stress they reach just to 38°C. Is this normal? I have a good air circulation inside the case as there are 3 fans at the front (2x FD Silent Series 140 + 1x FD Silent Series 120), one FD Silent Series 120 at the rear as an exhaust fan and on the cooler itself 2x Be Quiet! Silent Wings 120

The cooler seems to keep cool when CPU is stressed as I've tried to touch it in case temps are read wrong but it is just a bit warm as you would expect by the temp of 38°C when touching it with your hands.

Should I worry about such low temperatures or not?

Here are some pictures and screens to explain of what am saying

Sorry for the Polish text in screenshot but I guess no one will have problems with understanding them anyway

This is an IDLE screen from HW Monitor when I've lowered the speed of all fans to minimum (5V)

That's completely fine for stock. They can't get past 62C without crashing. They run COLD at stock. The temp sensors are off by 5C, so 40C load is accually 45C ish.

Remember, HIGHER TEMPS CAUSE CRASH.
So do low temps, but that's LN2, -200> stuff.

Don't see how this is a problem. That's a great load temp. What's your ambient temperature?
I think the lower your temperature, the better. PHII's LOVE lower temps

My ambient is around 21-22 due to quite small room and several things like TV, Xbox360 and PC running at the same time.
Only rarely temps are reaching up to 24. I was worrying becuase I want to OC this CPU to something round 4GHz but am not sure if the Motherboard will let me do this

From the CPU area there is a quiet noise coming when at stress it sound like hiss...

Just for no reason here is a photo of the system

At lower temps the core temp readings are always off by at least 13C.

TEMP1 is probably our CPU which is at 36C idle, can you run OCCT again with HWmon up so it shows temps better? OCCT is showing 37C on the cores I believe, but as I already stated core temps can't be trusted.

First thing you should do is take off turbo mode or at least turbo voltage, its boosting you up over 1.4v which is typically enough for a 4GHz overclock.

Right OK so how do u turn turbo mode off? It doesn't work anyway, as during stress there is no such speed as 3,7GHz. I would like to OC this CPU to similar value to get as much of it as possible.

I'll run OCCT with HW Monitor on the afternoon as I need to go off now anyway but keep an eye on this topic as I'll post some update at around 5-6PM

Turbo only works if three cores are active, which is quite hard given how Windows works.

I'll try my best with OC of this CPU, however I guess motherboard will limit me a lot as it isn't the gamers board. I have tried 955BE on it and on stock cooler I easily went to 3,8GHz with slightly increased voltage
