Compression fittings (which ones?!)

Thread Starter
Oh, lists and lists of compression fittings. So many tough decisions...

I'll be needing six at the moment. My only request is that they come from Jab-Tech (I'm getting everything else there, CHEAP SHIPPING!) and that they aren't a perfect silver color.

I've been looking at (in order from highest to lowest probability of me buying)...

6x Enzotech Matte Black - $39
6x XSPC Black Chrome - $24
6x Bitspower Matte Black - $48 *shudder*
6x Bitspower Black Sparkle - $38.40

If anyone has any pictures of these compression fittings, complaints, praises, whatever, I would love to see/read them. Especially them XSPC Black Chromes, I really want to see their true colors. Not that many fitting review sites out there. That and the Enzos, but the orange biohazard decal kills it for me because I'm planning for my rig to be black/gray/white.

I got the bitspower rotary ones so I can say that they are pretty good quality. Even though the ones you are looking at arent rotary, im sure they are still the same great quality. S my recommendation is any other the bitspower fittings.

In all my loops I only used one compression fitting on plastic tubing (a quick disconnect, both male and female sides) Cost me about 25.00 and not really so useful. I am using the "one time" type compression fittings on a copper tubing rig I am doing right now. I bought them a while ago and I think they were about 10.00 each and I can think of 7 I have used so far.

I use Bitspower fittings (compressions and barbs) and I can't say anything bad about them. I highly recommend them. I also like Enzotech fittings. I do not have any experience with XSPC fittings.

I've used the Bitspower and EK fittings. The Bitspower are my favorite of the two. The EK have a smaller barb, while the Bitspower's barb is quite a bit larger. I feel like I get a better union with the Bitspower. That's not to say that the EK are bad -- they aren't and still seem pretty secure -- however, the Bitspower really take a lot of force to pop out lol.

I recommend spending the cash on some Bitspower. I'm going to try a few Enzotech next, just to see what they're like.

I use bitspower compression rotary fittings and I love them. They are crazy-expensive but they look damn nice.

Go big or go home, I say.

I have the BP's, Koolance, Feser and Enzotech compression fittings. They are all good equally, the only issue I have with black ones is that they scratch easy and the BP's will tear up your fingers after doing a few of them, not like bleeding or anything, just that your fingers will be red and scratched. Just an FYI, they only need to be hand tightened, no need for a wrench.

I got the XSPC compression fittings (low profile) and I really like them. No complaints whatsoever (just the price).

I also have the bitspower 45 degrees rotary - bought two of them and only using one because the other one leaks. It would be nice if I can use both of them but I can survive with one.
