SB mATX: GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3 vs P8P67-M Pro?

So, I'm going to try and go even smaller than my Lian Li A05N (Sugo sg03?) and I need a good board at the base of the mATX build. But I can't quite make up my mind between these two:

Gigabyte GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3 http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3855#ov

Asus P8P67-M Pro http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_1155/P8P67M_PRO/

I can get both locally for about $150. This is about what I want to spend and I was hoping to buy from a B&M because I have some cash to burn. But as always, open to different ideas.

So, it's down to a p67 vs z68. The Gigabyte seems to have 3 yrs, but the Asus has 1 yr?

I'll be using it with a 6870, so the on-board graphics means little to me.
What else should I think about? Did I miss anything?

Thanks!

There are lots of threads about p67 vs. z68. The only real difference is the " LucidLogix Virtu GPU Virtualization technology" and "SSD caching". If you plan to game with your HD 6870 and not render any videos the Virtu is useless to you, and if you don't own a SSD then the SSD caching is useless to you. SSD caching is not that good anyways as you are actually lowering your boot time and application loading, but make your overall processing better than a regular hard drive, but still a bit behind a discrete SSD.

I would personally go with the ASUS board as its a board made for OC. The ASUS board is pretty much a decent OC/gaming board, while the Gigabyte board is their 'budget' line. Its decent if you just plan to use everything at stock, but if you looking to OC your components I bet the ASUS board will do it better as its the PRO version.

Hope this helps.

You can SLI with Giga's board.

Do you even transcode vids?

How much of an OC enthusiast are you?
