With these settings two things come to mind:

Really high HT ref could be causing instabilities. Try increasing NB Voltage (not IMC or cpu-nb) a bit but not too much. Also maybe increase the HT voltage a bit (be careful with this one though, boards have died at 1.4V)

or

G.Skill Eco's are rated for 1.5V are they not? Usually increaseing voltage to low voltage ram produces no advantages and only gets the ram hot. I noticed that more voltage can actually decrease stability in some cases

Yea eco ram normally can run lower volts. Did you just jump your volts up to that? or gradually. You could get away with 1.45 1.5 but 1.65. Don't forget overvolting things can cause stability issues and your fsb seems a bit high. Maybe go for the 250-260 range.
