Upgrade to Intel or Stay the Same?

Thread Starter
Hey there. I currently have this PC : http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Asus+-+E...ntio&cp=1&lp=3

I'm going to change the mobo to
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131658
and purchase a second XFX HD 6770 for it, running them in Crossfire. I currently have a Corsair GS600 power supply. Everything will be installed in that case, just mainly pulling out the old motherboard and throwing the new one in. I have this graphics card http://www.bestbuy.com/site/XFX+-+AT...6770&cp=1&lp=1 currently (it's a lot different from Bestbuy vs Newegg), and was going to get this one for Crossfire http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-378-_-Product . Would these two work together? Do I need a specific Crossfire connector or can I just grab http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-048-_-Product . How much would a new PSU be to support these two?

My experience to date with swapping things would be the graphics card and PSU I did. I figured you guys were the best on the internet to ask (Not ass kissing, lol.) Will it be much harder to do a new motherboard with a Corsair H70 and a i7? Thanks for the answers in advance. If you find a cheaper motherboard that supports Crossfire and an i7 or one of those six core AMD processors, please help me! I'm not made of cash FYI: I'd prefer an Intel mobo over AMD, but whichever is cheaper works.

I would just upgrade with another video card and call it a day.

Upgrading to intel will net you a fraction of fps in games(especially in terms of cost) compared to what a second card in crossfire will gain.
