the Sapphire DIRT3 edition, PowerColor #AX6950 2GBD5-P22DHG or #AX6950 2GBD5-P22DH ++PCS editions, Asus EAH6950 DCUII/2DI4S/2GD5 edition, and the HIS 6950 IceQ X Turbo X 2GB H695QNX2G2M. Obviously a REFERENCE card, but you're HIGHLY unlikely to find a new one of those around, but if you're willing to buy used, you migh find a deal ?

Good Luck and don't necrobump anymore
I live in Canada, and I found this: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product...82E16814161372
Is it worth getting ? or should I just get a 6950 1GB from Gigabyte ?

IMO ... NO ... I'd get the Sapphire DIRT3 card ... http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product...82E16814102945 ... over THAT particular HIS card, it's $10 cheaper (AND has a -$20 MIR too that would make it $30 cheaper, Expires on 11/15/11) and has the DUAL BIOS w/ a chance to UnLock to a 6970, the HIS card doesn't, you'd have to FLASH that model.

And for the money difference, IF you plan on playing any NEW High End games, like BF3 or Skyrim or whatever else is upcoming ... then I wouldn't consider ANY 1GB cards anymore, unless your budget was super tight and the difference in price was greater than it is. To be honest the 1GB cards aren't with saving the $20 or $30 bucks IMO.

I rep'd you. Thanks for the informative reply.

How much power would I need to be able to run 955BE, 6950 2GB and 8GB of RAM? I'm thinking about transferring my 600w from my old rig to my new one coming up.

I'd ALWAYS differ any and all PSU questions to Phaedrus2129, he's the PSU guru around here, and I suggest you check out his PSU CALC APP here ... http://www.overclock.net/power-suppl...l-release.html ... to double check.

That being said, you should be FINE for ONE Unlocked/OC'd HD6950, I've got a BFG LS-680 PSU w/ my UL/OC'd TOXIC and everything is working just fine for my SIG RIG below If you want to X-fire TWO OC'd/Unlocked 6950's down the road you might look into a 750watt or something ? Good Luck and thanks for the +rep

I'd get that, and be happy,.
A lot of reviews say this card runs hot and it is humongous. Just something to consider OP.
