wait for corsair or go for the 510?

So... I can grab the intel 510 120GB for 226.04 after rebate. But the corsair force 3 is supposedly just around the corner and will be using the same controller as ocz vertex 3. Think I should go for the intel or wait for the corsair? This is for a laptop btw

If it will be the same price I'd say to wait for the Corsair F3. The 3rd gen Corsair SSD will be similar to Vertex 3, so it will perform very well. Still the 510 is no slouch, at anandtech it comes out just behind the Vertex 3 in all real-world tests (PCMark Anandtech SSD bench...). If the Corsair F3 will launch at similar prices as V3 then you may as well go for the Intel drive now.

The 120GB Corsair Force Series 3 is expected to launch at $219, but it might be possible that it'll be lower than $200 which is a pretty good price for a SATA III SSD with the new SF controller. Corsair also has better support and warranty service than OCZ.

I can tell you I'm totally happy with my 510. Its getting almost exactly the speeds intel rates it at. I wish I could afford a larger one. Look into the reliability, checkout the reviews on Newegg. When I read about the small RMA rate I was sold.
