Will a Thermaltake Frio OCK fit in an antec 902?

Heres a picture of the frio OCK
The reason i want this say over a noctua d14 (not sure how to spell) is, i really like the looks of this one (it matches my system perfectly) and the push pull air system will work perfectly with this case.
By all means if you don't reckon i should get it tell me. The thing i dont like about the others is that there UGLY. However this may come at a ugly cost. Only at full it gets up to a HOLY CRAP (48db) Sooo what's your opinion?
Also with this in my case how fast do you reckon i could get my 2600k to go?

Well max height that fits an antec 902 is 160mm or 16 cm (give or take). So if the cooler is more or less in that range it should fit.
