Asus, ASrock or Gigabyte; P67 or Z68; regular/pro/deluxe??

Budget 140 euro (=200 USD, but parts are a bit more expensive here in euope)

at first I was thinking of ASUS P8P67 Pro Rev 3.1, but then i noticed ASrock and gigabyte are so much cheaper.
I don't really have experience with this so i am asking you guys, 1 year warranty on ASrock doesnt look good, but it's very likely that I'll have a new mobo in like 1 1/2 yrs.

rest of my setup:
Quote:

Intel Core i5-2500K -> OCing to at least 4.5

gfx card:
Sapphire Radeon HD 6950, 2GB (ref version)-> Unlocking + OCing to 6970

G.Skill RipJaws-X DIMM Kit 8GB PC3-12800U CL8-8-8-24

CPU heatsink:
Noctua NH-D14

PSU:
corsair 650 tx v2

HDD:
2x Samsung Spinpoint F3 -> RAID 0

SSD:
Agility 3 60 GB

Acer S231HLbd 23"

Keyboard:
Logitech K300 Compact [temporary solution till I got the money for a mechanical keyboard]

Mouse:
Cooler Master CM Storm Sentinel Advance

Mousepad:

Thank you in advance.
Costructive posts [don't just post a model, say why i should choose this]will get +repped.

P.S. only important thing that is impotant is gaming & good overclocking performance.

Thats fair enough was just curious, I have done some builds including.

UD3R
UD4
UD5
UD7
Asus Pro
Asus maximus IV (which is my current board)

I would pick ud4 for what ur looking for or Maximus for top end.

My personal thoughts from how my builds have gone

Considering you are getting a SSD, I would go with z68 for the SSD caching feature; also if your GPU fails you can use the integrated graphics during the RMA if you don't have an extra card around.

As far as which one to choose, I really like my Extreme4 and ASRock seems to be a solid choice as of late. But ASUS and Gigabyte are also good choices.

My recommendations would be:

ASRock Z68 Extreme 4
Gigaabyte Z68 UD3P
Asus Z68 V-Pro
Gigabyte Z68 UD4

ok I decided to go for P67 Asus pro, what revision is better?

ASUS P8P67 Pro Rev 3.0
or
ASUS P8P67 Pro Rev 3.1

naturally the more advanced version should be obviously better but I don't notice a real difference in specs

It depends on whether there's any difference in the USB 3.0 chipset. It seems that is the only reason they changed the revision # (from 3.0 to 3.1).

Asus changed the usb 3.0 chipset from NEC to Asmedia.
