i guess you could mount the partition you plant to install it on, and then cp it over, you will need to manually create a user as well after you get it copied over which would require chrooting
cp /bin /media/install/
cp /boot /media/install/
you get the idea
btw, don't cp like dev, proc, mnt, media, tmp or var, but create the folders on the install partition. once you copy it over, chroot into the environment, and set a admin password and create a user, then install grub to the mbr.
