You probably won't be able to, most manufactured motherboards have no options to overclock.

The motherboard/BIOS itself wont have the options... I had an old Pentium4 emachines and i was able to "unlock" the board but all it did was give me a new start up screen.
I unlocked it by flashing the BIOS with the actual mobo manufacturing company BIOS instead of the Emachines BIOS. Gave me NO overclocking options so i just used software to overclock the FSB using the PLL
EDIT: ninja'd by 3 ppl....
You cant Hyperthread it unless the processor has that support(mobo too)

Well do you have the oppotunity to get another old P4 from somewhere? .. Just have to be a retail board - thoy shouldnt cost a fortune.

kay the machine won't let me do anything yet... i have tried cpufsb to get it to oc the fsb (the program cpufsb is in is cpucool) back
