Z68 Extreme4 or P8Z68-V PRO?

I was about to link him to that. The ASRock has just about everything the Asus has at a lower price. I would choose the ASRock.

Very little difference really, the Asus has Intel LAN (no big deal) and integrated bluetooth. The Asrock has integrated DisplayPort (if you plan on using onboard GPU) and integrated PLX so the third PCI-E 16x lane can run at 4x without issues. I know from personal experience the Asus warranty service is good, but I don't know how good the Asrock warranty is (I know both belong to Asustek but it doesn't mean both are handled by the same people).
