Using a stress test program does not always expose a weak core, here is what i do to expose a weak core:

Video encoding
Gaming (looking for any stuttering or blur effects that should not be there)
Folding (this is the sure fire way to expose a bad core)
Compile some source code (if you know how to use linux)

Also try fiddling with the ACC options +6% sometimes works.

umm.. are you sure the 68 degrees is correct on load? I'm very sure the cpu would turn itself off if it got that hot.....

Issue resolved after getting help on here

Bought a new arctic cooling freezer pro 7

Idle temp is now 29 degrees and full load is 49 degrees

Stable after 6 hours in prime with 3.2ghz and 1.425 vcore
Runs game absolutely fine aswell after playing assassins creed 2 for about 3 hours this morning.
