Shinobeast: A Bitfenix Shinobi Mod - Page 7

Great, great work! If possible, could you estimate if it's possible to fit a 240 or 280 rad up top?

Did you guys see the new Aquacomputer Modular Rads? Those would look sick in here. Maybe you could do some benches to see how they perform and see if they're leak proof.

I think both would fit just fine. There is mounting for either 120mm or 140mm fans up top, and a good amount of room up there. I thought about getting a H100. I'm not really ready for a full loop. I am a very busy dude, so maintenance is of concern to me. Maybe when my kid gets a bit older I will WC.

Too expensive for me. Farthest I will probably ever go is a RASA kit, but right now I am out of 5.25 bays!

I doubt it. I just estimated with an old H50 I have and that runs into the RAM slots on my motherboard I'll be using... but then again, could be a different situation depending on RAM and motherboard.

Good point. I didn't really think about that aspect.

Not gonna lie, it is going to be a while until more updates. The weather here is hot and humid, and most of what I need to wrap up is paint stuff. Can't rush it. If you paint when it is humid the finish is awful.

I will try to get some sort of update regardless....maybe just some minor stuff to keep you guys interested.
