i wouldnt get an intel, unless they have a nvidia gpu

Go to the hp site and order it , you add your serial number and they ship it to you for free.
Just google Hp media , or hp recovery/installation disc.
Doesnt req a serial when u clean install as well, not too shabby. Carefull with iso downloads ,as it might not match the SKU, and then bye warranty if you take it back.

often you can download the recovery iso and burn it to a dvd
or just download a win7 iso from yarrrbay.org
