Hi guys,
i ll soon pass to a Filco keyboard from my rubber dome g15.
I use the pc for play games most, so i was going for a cherry Black filco, the linear one,but i have 2 questions basically:

-What's the difference between a Filco majestouch and a majestouch-2 ?

-i play from ages with a plastic wrist rest under my keyboard, the filco comes without it, the leather filco wrist rest is about 50€, it's really expensive, do you think i ll notice it a lot playing without wrist rest after years spent with it ?Expecially when i spend hours playing.

Maybe if someone had this experience passing to a keyboard without wrist rest from one with, can plese say his experience.

thx in advice.

Between the Majestouch 1 and 2 get the one that's cheapest. The differences are laughably minor.

Also no need to drop all that cash on the wrist rest IMO,

is quite popular here and is more than fine to me.

EDIT:

Whoops, the Amazon UK link

Whoops, here's the Amazon UK link

I checked a bit arround on ebay and amazon of my country and the only 3m wrist rest i found are from U.S with like 25€ ss c.c or from outside country with expensive ss.

i found
isnt a 3m but the dimension of it seems pretty cool 19,86 x 4.49 x 1.26

i always used the g15 default wrist rest, its made of hard plastic, so i think this one should be fine, i just need something where put my wrist that is higher then desktop surface for be linear with rest of the hand on the keyboard

Any office supply store will have cheap wrist rests that will work fine, personally the Filco actually feels closer to the desk than most keyboard so I do just fine without the rest.
