He explains everything much better than I can. Just follow his instructions, and I guarantee you that you'll be fine once you get into it!

Here's my summary: double-click the service in Services.msc, change the "Startup type", and then click OK. Do this for each one (some of his "Safe" settings are also the default settings).

Yea i just had a read through and set all things to safe.

Alot of them are default settings.
