Ram could be another issue, AMDs IMC doesn't enjoy high frequencies.

AMD chips can go quite high if you get them cold enough, voltage > clocks > speed all seem to scale with temps.

The colder you get the chip the higher you can clock it with the same amount of voltage.
Do you think It might make a difference if I used only 1 memory stick? or at least 2 in dual channel?

Highest Iv'e gotten my Northbridge speed at was 3200MHz, wasen't that all stable though

You will never get high clock with that kind of voltage. Phenom II's prefer to be cooled more than overvolted.

Not sure what correct settings or voltages I should be using
I've done a similar thing for fun with a 1055T, was lots of fun. I always found the Ref clock held us back.

Lower HT speeds? like 1.6GHz or something? For some reason I think it's my RAM, if I set the ratio too low, it doesn't boot at all...

1600MHz G.Skill Ripjaw 7-8-7-24-28,
HT does help some benches and hurts others.

Nice okay..... Well if I have a free house tomorow, I will attempt to beat all your Cinebench scores if possible.... as a friendly competition will take pictures.... will need to set up loads of little 60mm fans in my case lol.

if I get Cinebench to run on at least 4.5GHz then I will be soo darn chuffed to bits!

I'm not sure who your referring to, me or Will, but I shall make a new thread and as I said, that's only if I got a free house lol, it's going to be pretty loud with at least 10 fans running in the background *Maybe* but I seriously want to try and hit that 4.5GHz or more mark and run cinebench at least once

I will do as you said about the HT Link and bring it down a bit, just hope for the best really haha
