1600 Ram downclocked what can I do with the timmings? - Page 2

For a little oc then you will be fine. But I would update the bios first, because you may have DDR3 1600 support.
FYI
I have put a 1090T (3.2ghz) and DDR3 1600 (1.65v) in my biostar which has 3+1 phase power. Plus I run a 6 hours stress test on it and it is still running fine.

Yes update the bios asap. For 3+1 phase power can handle any cpu at stock speed. I would oc on it unless it is Dry Ice or colder.

You should be fine both VRM and the PSU. If you are really worry about the VRM blowing up. You can buy some VRM coolers to put on it.

I would be wary as Gigabyte usually doesn't even rate their 3+1s for 125W operation (even on the stock cooler), just this one is an exception; most 3+1s really cannot safely run processor with TDP this high. This board is also a known-for-failures.... there's another OCN member I know, also moderator, who suffered with a 95W TDP Athlon II x4 on this exact board, I'm just waiting for him to come here and help me convince you otherwise. Run this processor with caution, stick with the stock cooler. I recommend even undervolting a few notches to remain on the safe side. One stress test after the board is brand new and just running is probably not going to kill it (as with dixson's case, am I right?), but after some few days-weeks of running and more stress tests, it's somewhat more prone.
