Sapphire 4890 Toxic

Thread Starter
Hello OCN! So I'm thinking about trading or selling my beloved Sapphire 4890 Toxic. This is the second best model of the 4890 released. Atomic was the best, but it wasn't really sold anywhere.

Stock clocks/volts are 960mhz core(1.4v) and 1050mhz memory(1.2v). It can be overclocked, though it doesn't go much higher than 1040core/1150mem on stock voltages. I usually use it with 1000core/1100mem.

This card's voltages can be tweaked and I've played with the voltages before (just to see if they worked), but I never tried overclocking with higher voltages cause I was too scared to fry my card.

Here are some pictures:

Sold my Vapor-X 4890 for $110 3-4 months ago. You could probably get around the same.

Nice GPU, but I'm afraid that because GTX 460's are sold at the 100-110$ price point, this HD 4890 should be sold at the 90$ price point.

I'd say aim for $100-$110. Going any higher than that, you'll creep into the 5830 zone...

No it doesn't, maybe the toxic edition, but do not forget that GTX 460 has DX11, consumes less power, scales way better in SLI, and way cooler.
