TekSavvy - Hamilton, Ontario

Thread Starter
I sent an email to Teksavvy asking about when they would expand their Extreme Cable Pro service to Hamilton and they responded with this:
Quote:
Good evening, In response to your inquiry, we currently do not have an eta for new service area's like Hamilton. It's just a matter of time. Hamilton is an area controlled by Cogeco and we have to make an arrangement to borrow the cable lines they own on Hamilton. Something positive for you is we are currently borrowing cable lines from Cogeco in the Chatham, Kent area where we are located so we are likely testing out the relationship with them so it could be in the works for Hamilton. Continue to check are website (www.teksavvy.com) for any updates or contact one of our dedicated customer service agents by phone (Toll Free: 1-877-779-1575). I hope this helps. Regards, TSI - Jeffery

The Extreme Service costs $54.95/month and has unlimited bandwidth with 15Mbps Down and 1 Mbps Up. The service I have with Cogeco right now is $5 less with again 15 Mbps Down and 1 Mbps Up, but it has a 60Gb cap which is disappointing.

didn`t really know where to post it... seemed like news to me because this is the only decently priced internet service with unlimited bandwidth in my area and I know alot of people who want or need it.
