i5 2500K Mobo needed on Budget!

Thread Starter
Hello all,

As the title suggests i have already ordered the CPU (bought for 224,99$)
So i need a Mobo and RAM to go along with this. Consiedring all manufacturers MSI, ASUS, Gigabyte, AsRock please can i get some suggestions on a budget mobo.

I want to sli my gtx470 someday so 2 X PCI-Ex16 slots is fine. Please help me out. My budget is 550$ so minus the CPU i've just bought is pretty much what i have got left (325$)

Thanks

Get this RAM, it's a ridiculously good deal.

For motherboard, I would go with the Biostar TP67XE or Asrock P67 Extreme4 if on a budget. Just so you know p67 boards only do x8/x8 SLI but it's not that big of deal.

Your budget is actually pretty good. I would reccomend the Gigabyte UD4, the Asus P8 Pro, or the Asrock Extreme 4, all of those are great boards, with similar features. The Asrock Extreme 4 should be the cheapest.
A comparison of all boards can be found here : http://www.overclock.net/intel-mothe...omparison.html
