Oh and they still have some in stock if anyone is looking for one!

I hope you're being sarcastic about the "terrible" photo. Its obvious that is no point-and-shoot shot. Sweet Eee Pad btw!
Thanks for the pictures and quick look at the Asus Eee Pad Transformer, Marin. I was really impressed by it when I read a review on it awhile back. It is a very nice value with it's powerful specs, IPS display, and $400 starting price.

Maybe because Marin compared the Transformer to the iPad, and liked the Transformer better and it's $100 lower price. Just because some of us decide to buy a few Apple products doesn't mean we are mindless mummies that just buy any Apple product we see. Plus as a tech enthusiast myself I love to try different things out and not tie myself down to one brand. This is by no means a knock on Apple or the iPad. I think Apple jump started the tablet market last year with the iPad. It's a very impressive device which we can probably thank for some of the stiff competition there has been lately in the tablet market, one of which is the Asus Eee Pad Transformer.

Edit: Sorry, mahi, I misunderstood what you were saying.

Woah, lay off on the attitude please. I am a technology enthusiast myself which is why I bought the iPad 2. That is the only apple product I own. I was not commenting on the hardware. I think the transformer is very cool. I just wanted to know why he chose Android over iOS.

No attitude, just stating a possibility why Marin went for the Transformer over the iPad 2. The other part about mindless mummies was probably unneeded but in your post it sounded like you where confused why he got the Transformer over the iPad 2. I wasn't at all saying the iPad 2 is a bad buy, quite the contrary. I have just been getting a little tired of people judging you as an Apple fanboy if you happen to have bought an Apple product. I do apologize if my post came off wrong. It can sometimes be difficult to fully get what someone is saying in a forum without context and tone of their voice. Plus sometimes we hear what we want to hear in a post (I'm talking about me not you).

I like how Honeycomb feels like it was designed for tablets.

Yeah, iOS could use a facelift for the iPad. I'm hoping WWDC brings some good changes to the ipad interface.

I wasn't offended by what you said because I don't think you understood what I was asking. Everything you said was true but didn't fit in the context of the situation .

You are correct and I apologize for that. Just call my post Ben's random rant.

I see no problem with the post tbh. There is no attitude there. He is just stating a reason maybe why Marin (apple fanboy ) got an Asus Transformer. So IMO carry on. Also Marin have you updated your TF yet?

TF101 3.1 update is leaked, fellas. Feels smoother than even my old 3.0.1 build running on 1.4GHz. Very smooth navigation, fixes tons of issues including HD video playback, and of course overall better performance in apps.
