Not sure what to go with yet,but its almost garunteed not to be this, not unless reviews show it to be far superior to the others from MSI and Gigabyte. The ECS board is nice looking too,be interesting to see the top end Asrock board and Biostars offering.

Cant help but feel dissapointed with Asus.
Other than the heatsink shape, what is so different from the CH iv?

Biostar doesn't even have an AM3+ listing on their website yet. Are they not making new motherboards? I wanna see what they are going to bring to the table too!

As it stands, the Gigabyte board looks like the 'top dog' in my to get list.
Same here, although the MSI board looks good too,and resembles the good looking Crosshairs. The only thing with the Gigabyte board is the orange accents.

Thats just it,lol, the heatsink, the one on the SB is horrible and tacky. Was hoping for looks like the Rampage III Black Edition, lol.I guess i set my sights too high.No doubt it will be a top performer, just looks mean a lot to me with my PC hardware, lol, more so than my women.

If there is a variant of this 990FX motherboard without the Thunderbolt I will definitely consider it. Looks like it has great asthetics.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder...I guess. I like red and black and the close up shot of the heatsinks show them to be pretty cool.

More importantly, I can put a pci sound card in-between two, dual slot GPUs and have them both run at x16. I will buy this board because I can run my preferred configuration not because of it's looks. Not to mention it will be a good performer

Just a great board in my opinion.

If this guy is sub-500 bucks, It's mine. If not, guessing by the chart they've released they're will be a board without the Thunderbolt card, then I'll grab that one. This kinda makes me believe in God again.... except not.

It looks like a nice board. I wouldn't call it ugly, but that's just me. That add-on card probably pushed this over $300 which I hope isn't the case since it's only the Formula.
