Don't know what you think is funny.
I sent him a PM. Let's see what he can tell us about this rumor.

Correct, that's their statement as of now. If he says it's not true then he's releasing new information that the date has been changed. Is that hard to understand? Like I said, I doubt he's authorized to release that information and you certainly don't know for sure if he is or not.

Information on the Quarter in which it's being released is not under NDA. What's under NDA is the release date. Don't know what's so difficult for you to understand about that.

Once again, you've read the NDA? Information on a delay as big as this would almost certainly be released in a controlled fashion, regardless if it was a change in the projected quarter or the exact date.

I don't need to work at AMD to know that. It's simple common sense. If the Quarter in which it was being released was under NDA, we wouldn't know anything about when Bulldozer is being released apart from rumors.

Many people here just make me want to give myself a quadruple facepalm.

1.All the new AM3+ Mobo pictures that we know are real
2.Newegg and others are dropping the prices like crazy on current stock
3.There has been tons of info released and it looks promising
4.Intel could be behind these rumors easily esp. with their history.

I am going with all AMD esp after all the stuff Intel did to them and they save me $$ on the pc's I build and people love them !
This is probably why amd are still going coupled with ati and it's a shame

At the end of the day people dont care about what intel did to amd all they care about is which manufacturer offers the best product

Silly argument guys. It is going to get the thread closed. *sigh* Who cares about what JF can say with Computex in a week.

So no pre-release information ever released by a company was under an NDA at some point in time?

Just because information was released does not mean it wasn't under protection at one time, or that a change in that information is not currently under protection.

It's common sense to believe that news of a delay of this magnitude would absolutely be held under non-disclosure until it can be officially released.

You should be facepalming yourself.

If they don't have Bulldozer out in June, they are are going to lose a large amount of customers to the lure of Sandy Bridge. I WANT them to succeed, but Intel has priced their new chips so steeply, it's going to be very hard for AMD even if they release in June, and nigh impossible if they release in Q3.
