The TP-750 is better than the TX850 in many ways, but obviously it can't deliver 850W, so if you need 850W, the TP-750 wouldn't be a good choice.
You might not even need 750W anyway, so can I ask what kind of system this will be powering? Post your specs in your sig to make it easier for everybody

Both are great...would help if you had PC specs up.

What will you be powering?

Get a good 400W unit, that's all you need. See if you can find the XFX 450W, it's a good unit and it's usually pretty cheap.
If you'd like room for two 6870s, get a good 650W unit. Anything beyond 650W would be wasteful.

I would recommend either the TP-650, XFX XXX 650w, Seasonic X650 or TX650 V2 get which ever is cheaper, should be more than enough even for crossfire as shub has said.

EDIT: By the way where are you looking to buy it from?

Your overclocked CPU matters little, 450W is still more than enough. Consider this: http://www.anandtech.com/show/3987/a...ange-market/20
If you look at the load graph for Furmark, they measured that their test system with a 6870 was drawing 306W at the wall, meaning ~260W from the PSU, and that's with an overclocked Core i7 930, a significantly more power-hungry CPU than the Core i5 2500K. With that in mind, a good 400-450W unit is way more than enough.

That said, feel free to get a good 650W like I mentioned.

650w is more than enough for crossfire Im running SLI 460 which I think draws a little more power than 2 6870 and it's doing fine I could run my system with a 550w PSU

Quote:
Measured power consumption two 6870 cards

System in IDLE = 184W
System Wattage with GPU in FULL Stress = 421W
Difference (GPU load) = 237W
Add average IDLE wattage x2 ~ 19W (ATI specified)
Subjective obtained GPU power consumption = ~ 275 Watts
