Yes, the Fractal Design Newton R2 650W is a decent unit. Any other units available to you in the 650W range though? What about price?

overkill is soooo under rated and its 850w like the Op asked. If its cheaper than those units great! If its not then don't bother bout it simple. But it ain't a junk unit.
