Questions about eyefinity and monitor setups

Thread Starter
I am looking to get a cf setup to run eyefinity for games.

My question is I have read many reports about eyefinity having stutter issues, but many of them were from early last year. Is this still a problem?

As far as my setup goes I only have one 24 inch that runs 1900x1080 and then two crappy 19 inches that are a lot lower in resolution. Would it even be worth it to run eyefinity with these if I get a cf setup?

Thanks for the help!

From what I hear you would want the same monitors. Not sure about the stutter issues though.

- I haven't experienced any stutter during my time using it for gaming (although i'm not a hardcore gamer), but still I would say that't not a major issue.

- Definitely not worth getting a crossfire setup JUST to Eyefinity with your 2x19" screens. You won't enjoy the "experience" with those small screens.

Honestly, Eyefinity isn't all that cracked up to be. A lot of games don't support it properly for one, and when I play games on my setup I always only look at the middle monitor and completely ignore the "peripherals".

Personally I think it's only good for racing games and HAWX
