But ASUS motherboards have also one annoying flaw, sometimes when i boot my pc is wrote that overclocking failed press to setup something like that and even if you dont OC

I would have to say Gigabyte.

I've never had any issues. Other then the one time I had a massive power surge that took out the substation down my road. It also took out my whole machine. Every part was fried in hit.

DFI.

Back in the s939 days it was either them or asus. And they still build excellent boards the x58 board they built would hit insane potential blclks. Too bad they alienated their main market (enthusiasts) when they killed their suppourt forum dfistreet.com

DFI, no question.
It's really too bad they are out of it, they made some of the most insane 939, AM2, AM2+ and 775 boards, some had polarising looks but most went hard.

I always bought MSI for some reason but a friend of mine talked me into getting the Asus Rampage III Extreme and I love it so I guess im gonna stick with Asus on my next upgrade.
