Nice build Although the cheaper p67 would best suite you the z68 offers nothing you will take advantage of

Gpu gtx 560ti or ati 6950 would be your best bet
cpu cooler hyper 212+

They perform exactly the same apart from z68 has SSD caching, Combined features of H67 and P67 which will be useless to you as you have a dedicated graphics card. Not to mention p67 is cheaper. Z68 costs more as it is the latest board but in the real world offers no noticeable gain in performance.

INTEL Z68 has mainly two feature LOGIC LUCID (means ANY gpu nvidia,AMD)
INTEL SMART response technology
INTEL QUICK sync (integrated IGPU)

Z68 means (P67 + h67)
but if u like Z mothboards u should atleast ASROCK Z68 extreme 4
otherwise GO with P67 extreme 4

CPU cooling: hyper 212+
GPU: i woulg go with a 6950 (you should be able to with the saved money from the ram)
Monitor: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...615&CatId=5469
MOBO: get a p67
RAM: get one of these two sets (they are cheaper and most likely better than the dominators that you wanted)
