Okay so this sounds really dumb but when I was moving, I lost a screw that fastens the monitor to the stand. I put them in my purse so I wouldn't lose them...ironically, doing that made me lose them.
This is a picture of the monitor if it helps.

I already tried calling Asus, multiple times.
The first time, they said they quickly said they couldn't help me. And to try best buy or someplace like that.
When I asked on the online chat thing, they said "hmm..." and then 10 mins later logged out.
I went to best buy to the geek squad corner and the guy there didn't anything that matched, and told me to call asus again, because apparently he's always had a good experience with asus.
So I called again, the lady was more helpful this time, but apparently they can't do anything because they don't deal with the base of the monitor, only the monitor itself. and they don't sell the screw or have any that they can send me.
I've looked for it on newegg...but I can't find any loose screws there...

I don't know where I can find this screw, and its really important, because i basically can't use the monitor without it.

I'm uploading the pictures of the screw and its dimensions now.

First of all, welcome to OCN!
It just so happens that I have the same monitor as well tongue.gif

Anyways, while I do not know exactly which one, Lowes carry's a lot of machine screws. I think that you can put those dimensions to good use and head on over to the store and find a similar screw.
