O well! First of all, keep your temps UNDER 55 degrees celcius (Core temp since you don't have a thuban).

Max voltage for CPU on air is 1.5, 1.55v under water or high end air cooler.

For you I would stay below 1.5v, considering I don't know your cooler.

I would try the following settings and tweak from there:

FSB 200
CPU MULTI 20x

CPU VCORE: 1.5v , test if it's stable for multiple hours of Prime95 (I do 3 hours for quick stability test and when I'm set, I do 12 hours++).

If stable, go to 1.475 and keep lowering your vcore until it's not stable anymore.

Always watch your temps.

When you set with your CPU speed, we will see what we can with your ram and NB.

Also, you should get another stick of 2GB ram (same model) to run DUAL CHANNEL since you have 3 sticks, it's running single channel.
btw I'm using the zalman cnps9900 max blue led, just bought it couple days ago too its about 2 weeks old, so yeah the only thing is that i can't adjust speed to make it run at the speed i want, im guessing its running at max i guess? i have no clue lol

that should be fine. as long as they are the same speed. download/open CPU-Z and make sure all your RAM is running at 800mhz+ in the DRAM FREQ box.

download Speedfan and post your idle and load temps at stock to see where your at.

Edit: download Heaven benchmark and set it to DX10 for a quick benchmark run
