BB occasionally has 10% off coupons on stuff that includes cameras so you can get things marginally cheaper (even including tax) sometimes. And you get your hands on it right away.

I have an Amazon prime account, so ill probably end up picking it up there unless another coupon emerges.

It's pretty rare to see anyone offer it cheaper than $899, though, so really its just the shipping and tax we are discussing here.

Ended up all working out, Best Buy was running 30% off accessories deal, so saved quite a bit in the end. Camera I got for 899, total for everything with tax was right at around 1100

final tally.

Nikon D5100
UV Filter
16GB Sandisk Extreme 30mb/s mem card
bag with lots of room for more stuff!

I would return that "UV filter", as it's likely just a hunk of crap that's going to ruin IQ.

it cost me $5 and was part of the package that saved me about $45. It's still sealed in the package, not sure if I'm going to even use it.

Don't. You'll be given the same advice by everyone else here.
