Hello is there a way changing cluster size to Windows 7 without format method? If yes can you tell the method.

Are you talking about aligning your SSD to 1024 KB? If so, then I think that there's no choice but to format because that's a part of the process.

Yea when changing things such as the cluster size you're affecting the filesystem itself. In order to modify it, it needs to strip the existing fileystem and put the new one in with different parameters. This requires a format. Think of it as trying to change a tire on a car you're currently driving...just doesn't work lol.

What you can do is copy everything off, change filesystem parameters, and copy the data back.
