Wanting to try to overclock a Biostar TA785GE

My current desktop build,
AMD Athlon 64 x2 4200+
TA785GE 128M
2 sticks of G.Skill 2gig DDR2
About 500Gig of HDD space, Main drive is IDE and data drive is SATA
Not sure on my power supply, probably a generic one, but it's rated at 430W.

I'm using the on-board graphics and eventually plan on adding a card but unfortunatly that's out of my budget for a while longer.

I'd like to try to overclock my graphics and ram, if possible, to smooth out the 1 game I'm playing anymore, City of Heroes. I've tried to overclock this board and cpu a little bit in the past, with little to no improvement. Currently I've got it back to the bios defaults with no overclocking.

Would anyone have any ideas what things I could try? I've often wondered if getting a new power supply would help with gaming performance.

Anywho I'm open to suggestion.

New video card will surpass any overclocking gpu your "try" to do. Pick up a name brand 500w+ gpu and spend money on a gpu that's more then $100 and you will see a massive improvement.

So I shouldn't even bother trying to mess with my ram then?
