Any okay entry-level sound cards that use a PCI-E x1 interface?

I've been looking to get a soundcard for use with my HD555s and someone in my other topic recommended this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16829132020

Only problem is, with it being PCI and all, it'd block the airflow going to my graphics card. Here is my mobo layout.

As you can see all the PCI ports are under the slot my GPU is in. But I could use the PCI-E x1 slot and not restrict airflow to my GPU at all. So is there such a thing?

Wait. This is refurb, but the Titanium series is pretty decent from what I've read.

Here's another price on the Creative Extreme Audio. In your price range you might likely be looking at Extreme Audio or Extreme Gamer but be warned, the Creative drivers can be maddening! I used the Extreme Audio for a while and enjoyed it--much better than onboard but I only do 2.1--right, left, subwoofer.
