Only ticket support. Its not too challenging to open it and inspect it. You just need some metric allen keys and a bit of patient. Keep in mind, their company is in Eastern Europe, so shipping the block and receiving a replacement one will put you out a couple of weeks or more. Good luck and if you change your mind, there are numerous members that can help you trouble shoot it, including myself
